White Sage (Salvia Apiana) is found in the desert regions of California and is known for its strong aromatic scent. Our Premium White Sage Smudge Sticks are made from White Sage thats been ethically and sustainably collected in California, USA. The leaves are rolled into a bundle and tied with hemp twine. Each of our Mini Smudge Sticks is approximately 8-10cm long.
Smudging is a traditional ritual from many cultures. To smudge is to simply purify with smoke. The smudge stick is lit and blown out and then as the smoke arises a feather or hand can be used to smudge a person, room or space.
